Following an earlier visit to Gasia a year or so ago, when Elaine was so helpful and friendly, she was my first choice a few weeks ago when I needed to resize two important rings. Elaine once again had so much time for me and my husband, the price to resize was so reasonable I handed them over without a second thought. Two weeks later, I realised other rings could do with resizing and popped back in. Once again Nuri couldn't be more helpful and I collected them yesterday, perfect size and glistening brighter than they have in years! I recommend this store 100% for purchases and repairs big and small. Service, value and friendliness counts for everything.

I recently purchased a Rolex from Gasia, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The entire team is a credit to the business, especially Alper and Nuri, who have been helping me find the perfect timepiece over the past few months. I was looking for an eternity ring but wasnt sure what I wanted. We had browsed many jewellers in Chester but only Elaine at Gasia actually, stepped out of the shop to speak to us. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable as well as patient. No hard sell. So thats why the ring was bought from Gasia. I would highly recommend them and will no doubt return there when next looking for a piece of jewellery.

We had a brilliant experience designing and purchasing our engagement ring. Elaine and Nuri were very helpful and knowledgeable and always had time for us. We created a unique ring which was made really quickly and sized to fit perfectly. We even got some champagne and our photo taken! Would definitely recommend - first class service.

We were perhaps a bit cheeky in entering the store 30-40 minutes from close whilst having little idea about what we were looking for in an engagement ring, but the seemingly indefatigable Elaine was happy to sit down with us, offer us a drink and other complimentaries, and browse through a range of rings for my girlfriend to try on. Having previously been unable to decide on what style, what gem, etc, ring was preferential for a number of months, my girlfriend soon found a ring that she fell in love with (a testament to the range they have at Gasia), and Elaine and the team were happy and able to have it resized to fit by the next morning. A very personable, authentic experience, and a great range of jewellery. Thanks, guys!

We visited Gasia to get my wedding and engagement rings re-sized, the staff were very welcoming and helpful, I got my rings re-sized and cleaned for free as we chose a replacement eternity ring whilst there. Win Win 👏

I cannot recommend Gasia enough! I reached out to Nuri as I wanted to purchase a watch for my 21st birthday. He is extremely knowledgable in the world of watches and understood exactly what I wanted. Nuri sent me details of watches as they arrived and each time I was invited into the shop to try them on. All of the watches were in excellent condition and the team made the whole process smooth. The shop itself is beautiful making the experience even better. There is no hard sell or pressure and they are passionate in everything they do. I wouldn’t hesitate to return—not only for watches but for jewellery as well. Highly recommended!

My partner bought my dream engagement ring from Gasia, and we have now returned to purchase our wedding bands. It was a warm welcome back to Gasia, we were offered a drink and also had my engagement ring and my partners necklace (previously purchased from Gasia) cleaned for us. Elaine was so helpful and accommodating, letting me try lots of styles of bands to suit my engagement ring. Nuri & Elaine work very well together and Nuri was happy to answer my partner's questions about watches too. It is always first class service at Gasia and we felt so comfortable in buying our jewellery
