All new items are covered by our Lifetime Guarantee. Accidental damage and wear and tear are specifically excluded from this Guarantee. It is always important to have your jewellery regularly maintained and cleaned. We are happy to offer this service for all jewellery purchased from Gasia.
Alterations
We are able to undertake alterations at our in-store workshop. In most cases these can be carried out on the same day. Please call in for details.
Returns
We do not offer refunds however we will gladly offer exchanges or issue Credit Notes for items returned within 14 days of purchase. Please note that Credit Notes are only valid for one year.
